Location: Wapda Town, Lahore, Pakistan – Onsite

Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Salary: Up to 250,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

Mindwhiz is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its finance team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end accounting operations, support financial reporting, and handle treasury and budgeting processes using modern financial systems.

This role requires hands-on experience with ERP systems, accounts payable tools, and strong analytical skills to ensure accurate financial data and support business decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Maintain and operate ERP systems such as IFS for financial transactions
• Handle accounts payable processes using tools like ReadSoft
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Budgeting and forecasting using Vena Solutions or similar tools
• Monitor cash flow and support treasury operations using Kyriba or similar systems
• Work with HR systems like CornerStone for employee-related finance data
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Analyze financial data including currency rates, cost trends, and operational data
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support audit processes and provide required documentation

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 6 to 8 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred)
• Familiarity with Kyriba, Vena Solutions, ReadSoft, or similar tools
• Exposure with United States (US) market
• Experience with Oil & Gas industry
• Good understanding of AP, treasury, and reporting processes
• Knowledge of financial compliance and reporting standards
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
