Job Summary

AdvanceMed Clinic is seeking a highly organized and experienced Accountant with prior UAE healthcare or clinic accounting experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling insurance and patient billing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations and tax requirements.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with accounting software and clinic management systems. Healthcare accounting experience in clinics, dental centers, aesthetic clinics, or hospitals is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor clinic revenues, expenses, and cash flow.
• Handle supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with insurance billing and reception teams for revenue reconciliation.
• Process payroll, staff commissions, and doctor payouts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Prepare VAT returns and support audit requirements.
• Maintain fixed asset and inventory records.
• Monitor petty cash and operational expenses.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities when required.
• Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure confidentiality of financial and patient-related information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE accounting experience, preferably in healthcare, clinic, or hospital environments.
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE VAT & Corporate Tax
• Financial reporting
• Payroll processing
• Insurance reconciliation
• Budgeting and cash flow management
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with healthcare/clinic systems is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• ACCA / CMA / CPA qualification or partially qualified candidates preferred.
• Experience in dental, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic accounting is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED60,000.00 per year
