Senior Accountant

Perfect Foodstuff Packing L.L.C. is a leading company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service to customers across the UAE. We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with FMCG industry experience to join our growing finance team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Handle monthly closing, year-end closing, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Monitor inventory accounting and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and UAE regulations.
• Assist in tax-related documentation and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
• Analyze financial data and provide management with useful financial insights.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Maintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare management reports and maintain proper documentation of records.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in inventory management and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
