Finance Supervisor (Chinese Nationality)

Job Summary

We are a diversified group of companies in Dubai and are currently seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to oversee financial management, reporting, and accounting operations across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile intercompany accounts and transactions.
• Monitor and analyze project and business unit P&L performance.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Maintain fixed asset registers and related reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and relevant authorities when required.
• Ensure proper use and management of QuickBooks accounting software.
• Improve financial processes and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements

• Chinese nationality preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Experience in group companies or multi-entity operations is preferred.
• Strong background in account reconciliation, project P&L analysis, AR/AP management, and fixed asset control.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) as a working language.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple company accounts.
• UAE finance experience is an advantage.
