Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant for our Paint Manufacturing Company to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, and daily bank reconciliation processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger.
• Record daily financial transactions and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure proper accounting of sales, purchases, expenses, and fixed assets.

Bank Reconciliation

• Perform daily bank reconciliation for all company bank accounts.
• Monitor bank transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with banks regarding payments, receipts, and banking issues.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage vendor payments and customer receivables.
• Verify supplier invoices and process payments as per company policy.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and customer balances.
• Reconcile customer and supplier ledgers regularly.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare management reports, cash flow reports, and financial analyses.
• Monitor budget utilization and expense control.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
• Generate MIS reports as required by management.

Required Skills

• Strong command of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Expertise in daily bank reconciliation and cash management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and inventory accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Reports).
• Experience with ERP/Accounting Software (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, QuickBooks, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Experience

• 5–8 years of accounting experience in a Paint Manufacturing Industry.
• Experience handling manufacturing costs, inventory controls, and banking operations.

• 100% Daily Bank Reconciliation Completion.
• Accurate Monthly Financial Reporting.
• Timely Vendor Payments and Receivable Collections.
• Inventory Reconciliation Accuracy.
• Compliance with Tax and Audit Requirements.

Timing : 8am-6pm
