Senior Accountant (Arabic Speaker)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  

Professional Certifications

• Professional certification in Finance such as ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) or equivalent preferred
  

Years of Experience

• 4 years of relevant experience in Auditing, Accounting and Reporting
  

Nature of Experience

• UAE experience with government / semi-government organizations and/or multinational companies is preferred
  

Job Specific Skills

• Experience with implementing accounting rules and policies
• Understanding of international accounting standards e.g. IFRS , IPSAS
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and scenario analysis
• Advanced Excel and other analytical tools
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
  

Business Language Skills

• Fluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferred
  

Communication and Interaction Skills

• Interprets or explains data or information to deliver messages to audiences not knowledgeable about the subject matter
