Job Overview

Sculpt Roots Medical Clinic is seeking a Senior Accountant (Arabic Speaking) to manage the financial operations of our rapidly growing aesthetic and hair transplant clinic. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with UAE financial regulations while ensuring accurate financial management of the clinic.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management

• Maintain and oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor clinic revenues, expenses, and profitability.
• Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial forecasting.

Compliance & Regulatory

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and tax filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain proper financial documentation in accordance with UAE laws.

Budgeting & Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Monitor marketing expenses, salaries, consumables, and operational costs.

Clinic Financial Operations

• Supervise billing processes for hair transplant procedures and aesthetic treatments.
• Manage payment collections, POS systems, and online payment gateways.
• Ensure accurate recording of daily clinic sales and transactions.

Team Coordination

• Work closely with clinic management, reception, and operations teams.
• Support management in financial planning and business expansion strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (healthcare or clinic experience preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulations.
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or similar).
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in medical clinics or healthcare industry.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are an advantage.
