Position: Senior Accountant

Job Type: Full-time Experience 5-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.

- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Handle all aspects of GST, including filing returns and managing GST audits.

- Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.

- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely completion.

- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Provide financial analysis and insights to management for decision-making purposes.

- Mentor and train junior accounting staff as needed.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA qualification preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in a CA firm or similar environment.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
