Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our contracting company in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial operations, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor project-related costs and ensure proper cost allocation.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, petty cash, and monthly closings.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management for statutory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and internal controls.
• Support management with financial planning and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of accounting experience in a contracting or construction company (Saudi experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
