Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Engineer – Fitout to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of interior fitout projects, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven ability to generate business and close deals within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior fitout and joinery sector
• Generate leads through market research, client meetings, site visits, and networking activities
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients, consultants, and developers
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and submissions
• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Follow up on ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and smooth execution
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming fitout projects
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in interior fitout or joinery projects within the UAE
• Strong understanding of fitout materials, design standards, and execution processes
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
