Senior Accountant- Corporate

As the Senior Accountant, you’ll be a key contributor to our finance team, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency across all accounting operations. You will manage drive efficient accounts payable operations by managing invoice workflows, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready financial records while supporting vendor relationships and capital project tracking.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.

Certification: CPA license preferred
Skills: Excellent PC skills with spreadsheet and word processing experience; Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms; Advanced Accounting skills; Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills; Strong attention to detail; Previous experience with Yardi or Property Accounting preferred
Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead accounting roles; Experience in a senior living facility or healthcare setting is highly desirable

Physical Demands: Sit for extended periods. Occasionally lift between 1-30 pounds. Walk throughout the office as needed. Maintain visual acuity and good hearing.
