Senior Accountant Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and experience working in a product-based or manufacturing environment—preferably in the diamond or jewelry sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions including ledger entries, invoicing, and payments
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings
• Perform reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer accounts, inter-company, etc.)
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal departments
• Provide financial insights and support to management as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter / CMA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, or ERP systems)
• Experience in the diamond/jewelry sector is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
