Position Overview
The Senior Accountant Executive is responsible for overseeing key accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting management with financial insights for decision-making. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial activities while supervising junior team members.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
General Accounting
- Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Handle accruals, prepayments, and depreciation schedules.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure proper controls and accuracy.
Compliance & Audit
- Coordinate and support external audits and statutory filings.
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and assist in tax preparation.
- Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures.
Cash Flow & Treasury Support
- Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Support treasury functions including bank reconciliation and fund management.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, HR, finance).
- Present financial insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA are an advantage.
- 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and audit procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
