Position: Sr. Accountant

Job Overview: Peejay Max is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks, including sales billing, purchase recording, payment follow-ups, accounts receivables, client collections, and report preparation. The position also requires assisting the Accounts Head with additional accounting and clerical tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and manage sales bills, invoices and purchase records.

· Ensure accurate and timely recording of purchases.

· Responsible for follow up on payments and collections from clients which comes under one of their major KPI's.

· Assist in preparing various financial reports for review.

· Perform other accounts-related clerical tasks and administrative duties.

· Work closely with the Accounts Head on other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role especially in receivable management.

· Effective communication , Tally, GST experience ;

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

· Proficiency in MS Excel . Banking experience highly preferred.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Compensation:

· Salary CTC: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

Performance Incentives : Up to ₹20,000 Extra per month based on Target
