Senior Accountant - Female

Role Summary:

The Senior Accountant will oversee the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role involves managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, and supervising junior accounting staff.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure books are updated in Tally.
• Prepare and review financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory filings are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle vendor and client reconciliations.
• Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Supervise and guide junior accountants.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

KPI: Performance Metrics

• Accuracy and timeliness of monthly/annual financial reports.
• Compliance with statutory and internal audit standards.
• Efficiency in managing collections, payments, and reconciliations.
• Quality of team coordination and support to management.

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

Required Skills

Preferred skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation (GST, TDS).
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Experience in financial statement preparation and audit coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

· Exposure to project accounting (preferred in interior/construction industry).

· Working knowledge of ERP software and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
