Senior Accountant / Finance Manager (F&B)

Coffee Partners W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our growing Food & Beverage business. The successful candidate will manage the accounting function across multiple business units, ensure compliance with financial regulations, support strategic decision-making, and lead the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle for multiple F&B outlets.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Produce monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and management reports.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Maintain the General Ledger and perform account reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and customer accounts.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts.
• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain financial regulations and applicable tax requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Process payroll-related accounting entries.
• Monitor inventory valuation and cost of goods sold.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Implement and improve financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Support management with financial analysis for business expansion and investment decisions.
• Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA is highly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Retail industry.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior or supervisory accounting position.
• Experience with ERP systems, Tally, or similar accounting software.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
