Senior Accountant (Manufacturing Industry, ERP Knowledge)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong ERP knowledge to manage day-to-day finance and compliance functions in a manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on expertise in accounting operations, statutory compliance, and coordination with banks and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts in ERP system (AP, AR, GL, vouchers, reconciliations).
• Prepare and update budget sheets, P&L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, ESI, PF filings and ensure statutory compliance.
• Handle voucher filing, purchase bill checking, and vendor reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, manage petty cash, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and process Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs).
• Support audits (internal and statutory) and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and other teams for financial accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–6 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Good understanding of statutory compliance (GST, ESI, PF).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
