Job Summary:

Manages project accounting, including budgeting, cost control, and cash flow, by preparing financial statements, conducting cost analyses, and ensuring compliance with construction-specific regulations and accounting standards. Key responsibilities include reconciling accounts, managing vendor payments, and collaborating with project managers to monitor job cost variances and provide financial guidance to senior management.

Education:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on the construction industry preferred.
