Rock CFO is Fractional CFO Firm that started in Utah in 2019. They have a Fractional CFO team and have expanded operations to 2 locations, Utah and Kansas City, MO. They serve clients typically in the $5M to $50M range.

Summary of Role

We have a role that is immediately open and available. This is a short-term project. Great for someone between jobs or just wanting a quick project to tackle. Work with the Rock CFO team to help a non-profit organization build their accounting system in Quick Books Online. They need assistance setting up a couple of 501-C3 organizations in Quickbooksand getting some things organized in the accounting system.

You will have the flexiblity of working part-time in hours that are convenient to you and your schedule; yet overlap with the clients needs. You will want to be in the office for part of the week; however, hybrid remote is also an option. You must be in Utah.

Responsibilities

Build accounting system in Quickbooks Online

• set up accounting system. You will work with the existing accounting and finance team to set up 2 new entities in quickbooks online. These are newer organizations with transactions that will need to be set up.
• Input and verify current information is accurately recorded. Companies are relatively newly organized and established.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years or more of accounting work experience.
• working in a non-profit environment is a plus; not required.
• Hybrid work - flexible
• Must be in Utah
