Accounting & Finance
- Manage complete accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in Odoo ERP.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor receivables and follow up on customer collections.
- Prepare aging reports
E-commerce & Marketplace Accounting
- Handle reconciliation of:
- Amazon Vendor & Seller Accounts
- Noon Vendor & Seller Accounts
- Carrefour Marketplace
- Talabat Seller Account
- Verify marketplace deductions, commissions, returns, claims, and settlement reports.
- Reconcile sales reports with ERP and bank receipts.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams regarding pricing, claims, and stock-related financial matters.
Retail & Customer Accounting
- Manage accounting for pharmacy, salon, and retail customers.
- Process credit notes related to promotion and customer statements.
Expense & Payment Management
- Monitor company credit card expenses.
- Review expense supporting documents and ensure proper accounting entries.
- Process supplier payments and maintain vendor reconciliations.
VAT & Compliance
- Prepare VAT workings and support VAT filing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and company policies.
- Assist during audits and provide required financial documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience in UAE.
- Strong working experience with Odoo ERP.
- Experience handling Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and Talabat accounting and reconciliations.
- Good understanding of marketplace settlement reports and deductions.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
