About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with proven U.S. accounting experience to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic financial decisions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical abilities, hands-on expertise in U.S. GAAP, and a proactive approach to improving financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyse, and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.

• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with internal/external auditors.

• Monitor cash flow and support treasury functions.

• Review, refine, and implement internal controls and accounting procedures.

• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making reports.

• Handle tax-related documentation, filings, and coordination with tax advisors.

Requirements:

• CA/ACCA or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience within the US (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.

Preferred Skills:

• CPA, CMA, or related certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: Rs170,000.00 - Rs215,000.00 per month
