Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Taxation:
- Handle tax planning and compliance (direct and indirect taxes).
- File tax returns and liaise with tax authorities.
- Auditing:
- Conduct internal and external audits.
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and variance analysis.
- Compliance and Regulation:
- Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations, and standards.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting principles.
- Advisory Services:
- Provide financial advice to clients or management.
- Assist in business planning, mergers, acquisitions, and risk management.
- Bookkeeping and Payroll:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Manage payroll and other financial transactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from a recognized institute (e.g., ICAI, ACCA, CPA).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).

Work Environment:
