Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong accounting expertise and hands-on proficiency in Advanced Excel to manage end-to-end accounting functions at our Head Office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including entries, reconciliations, and ledger management.

Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly/annual accounts.

Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliation, and expense tracking.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal policies.

Assist in audits (statutory, internal, tax) and ensure timely submission of required documents.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports for management review.

Work extensively with Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS dashboards, financial modeling).

Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 3–5 years in accounting/finance, preferably in a corporate or service industry.

Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Analysis).

Familiarity with Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software is an added advantage.

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
