Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst

An Leading Startup Cafe chain management needs Accountant for their corporate office. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The role involves close coordination with outlet managers and vendors to maintain financial discipline across all company outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Bank).

Handle outlet-wise cash flow, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.

Verify outlet bills and vendor invoices; ensure timely payment processing.

Candidate needs knowledge in GST portal and to prepare GST reports and coordinate with auditor office.

Prepare monthly profit and loss statements for each outlet.

Coordinate with outlet managers for daily cash collection & reports.

Support in budgeting and financial forecasting.

Key Requirements:

Education:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience:

2+ years Experience as Accountant in Retail Sectors.

Skills:

Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / MS Excel.

Knowledge of GST & TDS filing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
