What You'll Be Doing

• Post daily bank deposits and perform cash application duties
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies to maintain accurate records
• Support month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis for management review
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within accounting operations

What Are We Looking For

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Work Environment

This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with in-office work Monday through Wednesday and remote work Thursday and Friday. The office is located in Irving, TX.
