Senior Accounts Executive

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years in Accounts, Finance, or Costing (experience in Agro / Manufacturing sector will be an advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in Power BI, MS Excel, and ERP/accounting software.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.

Education:

• M. Com / MBA (Finance)

Job Description:

Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for but not limited to:

• Generate Target vs. Achievement Reports and perform sales comparisons to monitor performance against goals.
• Analyze production variances and visit the plant when necessary.
• Conduct cost analysis of variances by reviewing and verifying product-wise recipes to ensure accurate cost reporting.
• Develop and manage interactive Power BI dashboards for real-time stock monitoring across warehouses, supporting efficient inventory management.
• Prepare sales projections and conduct sales data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Analyze sales policies of the Agro Division, evaluate their impact on business performance, and submit reports to HOD/CFO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs10.00 per month
