Senior Accounts Executive

Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Kalyan/Wadala

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with 4–7 years of experience in real estate or construction accounting. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain & reconcile books of accounts as per standards

Prepare P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and MIS reports

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings

Manage payables, receivables, and vendor/customer transactions

Perform project-wise cost accounting & RERA-based revenue recognition

Bank reconciliations and financial closures (monthly/quarterly/yearly)

Coordinate with auditors for internal/statutory audits

Maintain asset registers & depreciation schedules

Requirements:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred

Experience: 5 years Minimum in real estate/construction accounting

Skills:

✓ Proficient in Tally, SAP, or similar software

✓ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, RERA

✓ Good analytical, organizational & communication skills
