Job Summary:

KLVC Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to handle the company’s complete accounting function. The candidate must have strong experience in the construction or building material industry and should be capable of independently managing all financial and compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including entries, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and finalize Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial statements.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including timely filing of returns.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, vendor accounts, and ledgers.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Manage bank reconciliation statements and ensure smooth cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, assist management with budgeting and cost control.
• Monitor project expenses related to construction activities and ensure cost efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, and TDS.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Experience in construction or building material accounting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA preferred.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the construction or building material industry.

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
