Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations for Company and Personal Books of Accounts, including transaction recording, reconciliations, payroll processing, investment tracking, and accounts finalisation. The role requires prior experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm, strong coordination skills, and proficiency in professional letter drafting and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain complete books of accounts for Company and Personal entities from entry level to finalisation.
- Record and review daily accounting entries including receipts, payments, journal entries, and contra entries.
- Ensure accurate classification of expenses, income, assets, and liabilities as per accounting standards.
2. Bank, Cash & Credit Card Reconciliation
- Update and reconcile bank payments and receipts on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Perform bank reconciliations (BRS) for all bank accounts.
- Reconcile credit card statements for both Company and Personal Books of Accounts.
- Coordinate with banks for obtaining bank statements, FD statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
3. Invoicing & Rental Accounting
- Raise and account for monthly rent invoices in both Company and Personal Books of Accounts.
- Ensure proper accounting of rental income, TDS implications, and supporting documentation.
4. Inter-Personal & Inter-Entity Reconciliation
- Reconcile inter-personal and inter-company balances on a monthly basis.
- Ensure proper adjustment entries and clear documentation for all inter-account transactions.
5. Documentation & Compliance Support
- Maintain and archive all supporting documents related to payments and transfers such as cheques, NEFT/RTGS forms, and confirmations.
- Ensure audit-ready documentation and systematic record-keeping.
6. Investment & Cash Flow Management
- Maintain records of all investments made by the Company and in Personal Books of Accounts.
- Track returns, maturity dates, and documentation related to investments.
- Monitor cash flow positions and provide proactive support for fund planning and liquidity management.
7. Accounts Finalisation & CA Coordination
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts finalisation.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for audit, tax filings, and financial reporting.
- Provide schedules, ledgers, and explanations as required during audits.
8. Letter Drafting & Professional Communication
- Draft professional letters and emails for banks, vendors, landlords, authorities, and internal communication.
- Prepare confirmation letters, balance confirmations, and financial correspondence as required.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent (B.Com mandatory)
- Experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm is mandatory
- Minimum 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience
- Exposure to handling both Company and Personal Books of Accounts is preferred
