About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounts, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities✅ Financial & Accounting Operations

• Oversee daily accounting activities
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in accounting software
• Bank, vendor & general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements

✅ Taxation & Compliance

• GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance
• TDS deduction, returns, and reconciliation
• Income Tax compliance
• Support statutory audits and coordinate with auditors

✅ Vendor & Payment Management

• Maintain vendor accounts & manage payment cycles
• Handle vendor queries, disputes & reconciliation
• Monitor procurement payment process

✅ Financial Reporting & Budgeting

• Prepare MIS reports & financial statements
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting & cost analysis
• Provide financial insights for strategic decisions

✅ Coordination & Negotiation

• Negotiate with vendors & service providers
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
• 3–7 years of relevant experience (retail background preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & Indian Accounting Standards
• Experience in Tally/ERP & MS Excel
• Strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
