Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to lead and manage the organization’s complete accounting, finance, and compliance functions. The role requires strong expertise in statutory compliances, financial planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including books of accounts
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax compliances and statutory filings
• Handle internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Generate MIS, financial statements, and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial controls
• Supervise and guide the accounts team
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com (preferred)
• 8–12 years of experience in accounts & finance
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and compliance
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure
