Senior Accounts Receivable Executive

• Generate and dispatch invoices to clients including hospitals, pharmacies, and stockists.
• Monitor and track payments from customers; follow up on overdue invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in billing or payment.
• Prepare aging analysis reports and escalate long overdue cases to the AR Manager.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Tally
• Liaise with the sales and distribution team to verify goods delivery and resolve invoice disputes.
• Support internal audits and prepare documentation as needed.
• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in pharma or FMCG distribution.
• Working knowledge of accounting software Tally and SAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
