Overview: Kinetics Group is seeking a highly motivated Senior Acoustic Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise and proven experience in sales of acoustic and noise control solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and providing technically compliant acoustic solutions across various projects and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the acoustics, construction, and building services sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, developers, and end users.
- Review project requirements and recommend suitable acoustic and noise control solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, product selections, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure orders while achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of technical sales experience in acoustics, noise control, HVAC, construction, or building products industries.
- Strong knowledge of acoustic solutions, sound insulation systems, and noise control applications.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- UAE/GCC market experience and a valid driving license are required.
