Senior Acoustics Manager

Overview: Kinetics Group is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Acoustics Manager to lead our acoustic business across the UAE and GCC markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, technical excellence, profitability, and market expansion while strengthening the division's position as a leading provider of acoustic solutions.

This role requires a strategic leader with strong technical expertise in acoustics and proven experience managing both sales and engineering functions within the construction and building solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and market growth objectives across the UAE and GCC.
• Lead business development activities, key client relationships, and commercial negotiations to expand market presence and secure new opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership for acoustic solutions, ensuring compliance with project specifications, performance requirements, and industry standards.
• Oversee contract reviews, commercial risk assessments, project margins, payment terms, and overall business profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop sales engineers, design engineers, and technical support teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational excellence through effective coordination between sales, engineering, operations, finance, and project stakeholders.

Skills & Attributes Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline. Specialization in Acoustics or Noise Control is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in acoustics, noise control, technical building solutions, or related industries, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role within the UAE/GCC market.
• Strong expertise in acoustic solutions, sound insulation, and noise control systems.
• Proven experience managing sales growth, technical teams, complex project sales cycles, and overall business performance.
• Strong commercial, financial, contract management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team development skills.
• GCC market experience is required; experience in acoustic contracting, MEP, fit-out, or engineered building solutions will be an advantage.
