10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange administration
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments (5+ years)
Monthly Salary Package:
18,700.00 SAR
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies, security best practices, and API integrations & Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID)
- Expertise in DNS, Windows Server (2012–2025), Active Directory Domains, Azure, Office 365, and Exchange Online
- ADCS/PKI administration (Microsoft CA and DigiCert)
- Solid understanding of IIS and core Internet protocols (TCP/UDP, HTTP, SMTP, FTP)
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Certifications (preferred):
- Microsoft 365 Certified
- Microsoft Azure Administrator, Solutions Architect
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty
- Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator
- Administer Active Directory Domain Services
- Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administration of Windows Active Directory, including object maintenance and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Active Directory, Exchange infrastructure, PKI, and Federation Services
- Administer and maintain Windows Server (2012–2025), Domain Controllers, and authentication systems
- Monitor health, backup, and restoration procedures for Active Directory
- Document system components, changes, and ensure compliance
- Manage ADFS infrastructure and Windows Domain services (DNS)
- Configure and maintain PKI environments
- Administer Exchange Server on-prem and Microsoft 365, including mail flow, SMTP, monitoring, reporting, and migration activities
- Troubleshoot Exchange databases, antivirus applications, and messaging filters
- Execute migrations to newer versions of Windows Server and Exchange
- Utilize PowerShell and GUI tools for Exchange administration
- Ensure Exchange design and processes align with Microsoft best practices
- Manage change, release, performance, and availability for Exchange environments
- Apply regular security updates and patches to Windows and Exchange servers
- Support various access methods (POP, IMAP, OWA, MAPI, Outlook Anywhere) and mobile device management (ActiveSync)
- Monitor mailbox quotas, resolve stuck emails, and maintain SLA compliance
- Participate in scheduled patching and system maintenance activities
