Job Summary:

The Admin & HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations and administrative functions. This role includes recruitment support, employee documentation, attendance and payroll coordination, office administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection process including job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll for salary processing.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and maintain evaluation records.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in disciplinary actions, warning letters, and employee exit formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Administration Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration including stationery, utilities, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain office discipline and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, etc..
  • Handle official correspondence, memos, notices, and documentation.
  • Maintain records of assets, inventory, and administrative expenses.
  • Support management with reports and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and administrative procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
