Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all administrative operations of the building.
- Coordinate with facility management, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors.
- Maintain office records, contracts, tenancy documents, and administrative reports.
- Monitor building staff attendance, duty schedules, and performance.
- Handle procurement of office and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and building SOPs.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and service providers regarding administrative matters.
- Assist management in budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost control.
- Organize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain correspondence.
- Handle complaints and resolve administrative issues efficiently.
- Support HR activities including recruitment coordination and employee record management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the tower administration office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of administrative experience, preferably in:
- High-rise buildings
- Real estate
- Facility management
- Corporate administration
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of building operations and vendor management will be preferred
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
