Senior Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all administrative operations of the building.
  • Coordinate with facility management, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors.
  • Maintain office records, contracts, tenancy documents, and administrative reports.
  • Monitor building staff attendance, duty schedules, and performance.
  • Handle procurement of office and maintenance supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and building SOPs.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and service providers regarding administrative matters.
  • Assist management in budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost control.
  • Organize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain correspondence.
  • Handle complaints and resolve administrative issues efficiently.
  • Support HR activities including recruitment coordination and employee record management.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the tower administration office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of administrative experience, preferably in:
  • High-rise buildings
  • Real estate
  • Facility management
  • Corporate administration
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of building operations and vendor management will be preferred

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
