Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and people-oriented Senior Administration Officer cum HR to oversee all aspects of human resources and office administration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, implementing company policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and employee development programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination with the Finance department.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Support and advise management on HR planning, workforce development, and succession planning.
- Lead employee engagement, team-building activities, and training initiatives.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate logistics for company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and confidential records.
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and government agencies when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive HR and administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
- Professional HR certification is an advantage.
