Position Overview:
The Senior Administrative Officer will be responsible for supervising and managing all administrative operations across the organization. This includes overseeing office management, procurement, logistics, facility management, and coordination between the head office and project sites. The role demands strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to streamline administrative processes for efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management
- Supervise daily office operations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Maintain administrative records, office documentation, and correspondence.
2. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source and evaluate vendors for office supplies, maintenance services, and logistics.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain inventory of assets and consumables.
- Verify and process vendor invoices in coordination with the accounts department.
3. Site & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with site teams for material dispatch, manpower movement, and local arrangements.
- Maintain communication between head office and project locations for smooth operations.
4. HR & Employee Support (Administrative)
- Support HR team in onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain updated records of licenses, AMC contracts, and government registrations.
- Ensure timely renewal of statutory documents related to office administration.
- Prepare reports on administrative expenses, asset utilization, and vendor performance.
6. Leadership & Supervision
- Monitor performance and ensure discipline, punctuality, and work efficiency.
- Implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control costs.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a construction, power, or engineering company.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of Office management, procurement, and logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
