Senior Administrative Assistant to the CEO
to join our Lahore office.
Role Overview
The Senior Administrative Assistant to the CEO to ensure efficient management of day-to-day operations, client coordination, scheduling and reporting. This role requires a senior proactive individual with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment by taking and prioritizing their own decisions as to how something can be better executed.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings across time zones.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

Prepare and review weekly and monthly operational and financial reports.

Assist in drafting proposals, presentations and report templates.

Track key action items, deadlines and deliverables for ongoing projects.

Maintain organized digital and physical records of correspondence, reports and client documentation.

Undertake client take on, onboarding and AML checks.

Support the CEO with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

Collaborate with UK, UAE and local teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Females are strongly encouraged to apply.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar role.

Excellent command of English
, both written and spoken.

Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Experience working with an international or UK-based firm will be an advantage.
