KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in following up the department action plans to ensure achieving set targets. Reports should be submitted to the director about any delay with the delay reasons.
- Assist in organizing Department events as per management instructions and in coordination with concerned departments.
- Perform any other related task as assigned.
- Follow up assigned tasks/projects for department staff and coordinate with concerned departments to ensure completing the various tasks as per the approved plans.
- Arrange the Department meetings with various parties and ensure providing all requirements to ensure successful meetings.
- Maintain minutes of meetings file and follow up the assigned tasks as per the management instructions.
- Perform administrative daily work considering RTA applicable procedures.
- Follow up staff recruitment as per the instructions of the management.
- Maintain training records for the Department and coordinate with concerned parties regarding personnel training.
Education
- High School with 0-2 years of experience.
