Senior Advanced Analytics Engineer (AI)

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning and task execution across enterprise workflows.
• Build and optimize LLM-powered solutions using leading models.
• Develop and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases to ensure high accuracy and scalability.
• Automate and augment business workflows (e.g., sales, project management, finance, localization) using AI agents.
• Collaborate closely with backend and frontend teams to integrate AI services into production systems.
• Perform prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization to improve model reliability and output quality.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements

• 3+ years overall of software professional services.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience in AI/ML engineering, applied NLP, or LLM-based solutions.
• Strong experience working with LLMs and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar).
• Proficiency in Python, with experience in building APIs (FastAPI, Flask, or similar).
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
• Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience deploying solutions using Docker
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience in building software development using AI assistants (e.g. Claude code, Codex, GitHub copilot or similar)
