About The Role:

The Senior Advertising Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and performance of Logos’s paid media, app messaging, and partner advertising channels. This is a high-impact role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth, managing significant budgets, and owning vendor and agency relationships, while also rolling up your sleeves to optimize campaigns directly.

This role is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with growth marketing, product marketing, design, and content teams to drive innovation and creative excellence. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative; able to interpret data, build compelling reporting, and confidently advocate for channel performance with leadership.

Looking ahead, this role will also play a key part in shaping Logos’s mobile engagement strategy, including the expansion of messaging capabilities into channels such as push notifications and SMS.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee advertising and app messaging operations in support of overarching company and business goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies across paid media, app messaging, and partner ad channels to drive revenue, trials, and engagement.
  • Manage budgets, performance targets, and forecasting for assigned channels; ensure efficient allocation of spend and ROAS.
  • Lead vendor and agency relationships, negotiating opportunities and holding partners accountable to performance expectations.
  • Own reporting and analytics for your channels, building clear narratives around performance and recommending optimizations.
  • Collaborate closely with growth marketing, product, content, and design teams to drive innovative campaign strategies and creative execution.
  • Partner with line of business leaders to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Measure channel effectiveness and run test-and-learn programs to continuously improve results.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and advocate for advertising and app messaging channels in cross-functional forums and leadership updates.
  • Ensure consistency and continuity between advertising campaigns and other digital channels.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising, with proven success managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Hands-on expertise with major ad platforms and CRM/app messaging tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to interpret data, build compelling performance narratives, and make clear recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, reporting, and vendor/agency relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present results and advocate for channel success at senior levels.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly across marketing, product, design, and content teams.
  • A balance of strategic vision and tactical execution, with a generalist’s ability to flex across channels and challenges.

The U.S. base hourly salary for this full-time position ranges from $95 to $110k annually. Logos salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on each remote job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
