Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various courts, tribunals, and legal proceedings.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Provide legal opinions, strategy, and advisory support to clients.
• Handle litigation matters independently and supervise junior associates.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and reports.
• Liaise with clients, external counsels, and regulatory authorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• LL.B/LL.M from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council.
• 2–6 years of experience in litigation and legal advisory work.
• Strong drafting, argumentation, and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently.
