Senior Agile Business Analyst - Only for Texas Residents

Position - Contract - Onsite (Austin -Texas) - State Government Project
Must Provide 3 References - Need Texas Consultants only
Required Skills

8+ years of experience working in Agile methodologies, including:

User story creation

Working as a Business Analyst within Agile teams

Participating in all Agile ceremonies

Leading Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives

8+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools

8+ years of experience performing highly complex (senior level) business analysis work

8+ years of experience working under limited supervision, exercising independent judgment and initiative

8+ years of experience performing Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of user stories to ensure:

Acceptance criteria are clearly defined

Non-functional requirements are documented

Stories meet Definition of Ready

8+ years of experience coordinating and guiding User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders, ensuring:

Timely sign-off

Proper documentation of additional backlog items

8+ years of experience identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation, including preparing proposals and/or wireframes for new system development

8+ years of experience consulting on application analysis, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing solutions.
