

Grand Technology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI Automation Engineer to join our growing team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI-driven automation solutions. As a Senior AI Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying AI models and algorithms to automate complex processes and improve business efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, develop and test solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions using various machine learning techniques and tools.
* Identify and analyse business processes to pinpoint areas for automation and improvement.
* Develop and implement algorithms for tasks such as data extraction, natural language processing, and computer vision.
* Build and maintain robust and scalable AI models that can adapt to changing business needs.
* Collaborate with software engineers and other technical teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI models and make necessary adjustments to optimise efficiency and accuracy.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies and explore their potential applications within the company.
* Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI automation within the organisation.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
* Proven experience in developing and deploying AI-driven automation solutions.
* Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
* Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
