Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to join our team on-site in the UAE. The consultant will be responsible for driving AI initiatives, providing expert advisory on leveraging AI technologies, and implementing solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves evaluating processes, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring governance and compliance, and promoting AI adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on leveraging AI technologies to improve operations, optimize processes, and drive business growth.
• Evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for AI implementation, integration, and enhancement.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed AI solutions.
• Design and develop AI strategies and solutions aligned with the company’s objectives and capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing AI systems, ensuring quality standards and project specifications are met.
• Provide guidance on data governance, ethical AI practices, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Monitor the implementation of AI initiatives with internal teams and third-party providers.
• Facilitate training and change management initiatives to ensure smooth AI adoption across the company.
• Ensure proper documented handover of AI projects and implementations.
• Continuously monitor AI performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Assess risks associated with AI implementation and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven track record in AI strategy, implementation, and consulting.
• Strong experience in AI/ML technologies, data science, and business process optimization.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and ethical frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts in a simplified manner to business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic fluency is strongly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month

Experience:

• relevant Artificial Intelligence development & consulting : 5 years (Preferred)
