Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring for the position of Senior AI Developer for a reputable client in education sector. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and modern AI technologies, including LLMs and generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, algorithms, and scalable solutions

Lead end-to-end development of AI-driven applications and automation systems

Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into business systems

Develop APIs and data pipelines to support AI services and deployment

Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities

Maintain documentation of models, datasets, and system architecture

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and industry trends

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field

5+ years of experience in AI/ML development

Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face

Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG-based systems

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

Experience in API development using FastAPI or Flask

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML development
