Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI applications, with a focus on Agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced generative models (model training, fine-tuning, evaluations, guardrails). The role also includes an applied research component: keeping up with the latest literature, experimenting with novel methods, and contributing to company research initiatives (including publishing and R&D projects). You will join a team that bridges applied research and production systems.

What we look for:

• Expert-level proficiency in Python and its core AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, HF Transformers, NumPy).
• Proven experience building solutions with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone, Chroma, Faiss, LanceDB, Qdrant).
• Deep understanding of LLMs, transformer architectures , fine-tuning and post-training methodologies. Experience with multi-modal models (vision, audio, etc.).
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI applications using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Pydantic AI or similar.
• Experience with AI safety , alignment, adversarial robustness.
• Experience developing and deploying RESTful APIs and microservices (e.g., using FastAPI).
• Solid software engineering practices (Git, CI/CD,testing, containerization, Docker).
• Data engineering skills required to build the data pipelines for AI applications.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS) for AI workloads.
• Preferably, B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Preferably, Prior experience building agentic AI applications in real-world projects.
• Preferably, Experience with MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, or similar).
• Preferably, Proficiency with AI-powered coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
• Preferably, Research background with publications or patents.
• Preferably, Contributions to open-source AI projects .

What your responsibilities will be:

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI applications and scalable API services (mainly in Python).
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines , leveraging vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone, Faiss) and search/retrieval methods for high-performance systems. Optimize prompts for effective applications.
• Train, fine-tune, and post-train Large Language Models (LLMs) using methods such as LoRA, PEFT, DPO/PPO, and evaluate/optimize them for production use (quantization).
• Build and experiment with Agentic AI frameworks for reasoning, tool use, and multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Pydantic AI).
• Manage the AI model lifecycle, including MLOps, scaling, monitoring, containerization (Docker), and deployment on local or cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to productionize AI models.
• Perform applied research on state-of-the-art methods, contributing to publications, R&D projects, and innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate technical concepts, understand requirements to prototype/build successful AI applications and productionize AI solutions.
