Senior AI Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the integration of advanced AI capabilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, full-stack, and production-focused, with deep expertise in AI (Python), Twilio integrations, Node.js (LoopBack), Angular. This is not a research role we need someone who can design, build, and deploy AI into a live, complex system.

Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement AI-driven intelligence on top of an existing Twilio communication platform (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, Conversations)
Design and deploy AI-powered chatbots, voice assistants, call routing, summarization, sentiment analysis, and automation workflows
Integrate LLMs and NLP systems into real-time communication flows
Build AI services in Python and integrate them seamlessly with backend APIs
Develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js with LoopBack
Integrate AI outputs with Salesforce for CRM automation, case management, analytics, and decision support

• Deliver AI-powered features in Angular (chat UI, call UI, dashboards, analytics)
• Design scalable, secure, and low-latency AI pipelines suitable for production environment
• Monitor AI performance, accuracy, costs, and system reliability in production
• Own AI features end-to-end: design → development → deployment → optimization

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

• Strong expertise in AI development
• Proven experience integrating AI into real-time systems
• Deep hands-on experience with Twilio APIs/SDK:
• Strong backend experience with Node.js and LoopBack
• Strong frontend experience with Angular
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, and conversational AI
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and event-driven systems
